Look who's ONE!!!

My sweet baby Roh turned one in November....we had a little whale party for him, complete with an argyle-style smash cake, marble fudge cupcakes with satin chocolate frosting and whale sugar cookie favors. Time goes by too fast, I can't believe it's been a year!

Baby Jungle Diaper Cake

Here's a two-tiered jungle themed diaper cake wrapped in two receiving blankets with a plush Pottery Barn giraffe on top.

Night Owl

A two-tiered gender-neutral diaper cake made with 66 size 1 Pampers diapers; each tier is wrapped in a receiving blanket and tied with ribbon. Decorated with two green silk daisies and craft twigs, topped with a night owl rattle plush toy and a cute little door hanger! :)

T-ball Cupcakes

It's the end of my 4 year-old's T-ball season already!!

We had chocolate and vanilla cupcakes topped with fondant baseballs to celebrate.

Batman Birthday

Here's a two-layer 6" chocolate cake just for the birthday boy with Gotham city and the Bat Signal decorated in fondant. For his Bat-friends, there were vanilla cupcakes filled with whipped chocolate ganache and frosted with birthday buttercream and topped with a fondant Batman logo.

He had a small party at school, so I made sugar cookie pop favors using the same fondant logo and royal icing :)

Coconut Birthday Cake

A two-layer coconut cake filled with sweetened coconut and a whipped cream cheese coconut frosting. The flowers are fondant painted with shimmer dust.

Here's a 9" round strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream decorated to look like Super Mario's World...Happy Birthday Beautiful Sophia!

A Sweet Spring Wedding

The Bride and Groom wanted vanilla and chocolate cupcakes topped with embossed fondant and a sugar peach rose for their intimate wedding. The cutting cake on top was also covered in embossed fondant with 3 roses, one for each year they have been together. The cupcake stand was hand-decorated in their wedding colors.

Purple Ombre Petal Birthday Cake

This cake was so fun to make!! The ombre "petals" were made with swiss buttercream topped with handmade chocolate butterflies!! Almost too pretty to eat....almost :)

80th Birthday Party

Happy Easter!!

Goal!!

My eldest son turned 7 this month....how time flies. He's becoming quite good on the ice, and decided to make a birthday out of it. The cupcakes were lemon (his fav) with homemade molded chocolates on top. The hockey rink cake was chocolate with vanilla frosting topped with plastic hockey figurines and goals. Happy Birthday to my one and only Shailen!!

Here's a 10" double layer square vanilla cake with vanilla icing made to look like a Lego brick. Topped with fondant stars and letters plus a few Star Wars guys, just for the birthday boy :)

Crayon Hearts

Ok, so these aren't edible. But they are super cute, and I did have to use the oven to make them...Individually packaged with love for the kids' valentines at school.

The label read: "Let's color, Valentine!!"

Pooh 1st Birthday

I was requested to make cookie pop favors and chocolate cake balls for a Winnie the Pooh 1st Birthday!! The cookies were sugar, iced with royal icing....I hear they were a hit :)
