After making loads of chocolate cake truffles, I decided I would test out a couple new flavor combinations in honor of our impromtu patio-warming party this weekend. It turns out that strawberry and red velvet cake make pretty darn good truffles too. Both flavors were excellent with vanilla, and the red velvet went really well with chocolate mixed in!
