For gender-neutral themes, there's not a whole lot to choose from if you're going for unique and sophisticated - that's why I love this theme so much....Bees make yellow a little less predictable, and the black gives it a little edge that makes the theme 'pop' :)
Here's a 3 tiered diaper cake with 3 blankets, wooden bee accents, a custom sign, a bright yellow fancy daisy topper and lots of ribbon to tie it all together...
